I don't tend to join a lot of groups and have not been on fakebook since they banned me early on in 2020 .  I find people's egos get in the way a lot , so tend to stick to places I can help out by sharing them....  I also am unable to get telegram, so often I do miss out on great information, it does seem to find me in emails though, so all good.
